About

Our name "i60" is coined from an excerpt of the most popular book in the world and best-selling book of all times! Isaiah chapter 60 verse 1 says "Arise, shine, for your light has come". Primarily, this sums up our mission and purpose; organising activities and learning experiences that uplift the community and enable  individuals and families to "rise" and "shine". From our intergenerational music-making activities. to our empowering public speaking classes

With the right habits and activities, the rest of your life

can become the best of your life!

Our History

For a long time, Bishop Jonathan Ayodele Famoriyo would ask his son to teach him how to play the organ. Sadly, Bishop Famoriyo went to be with The Lord without his wish being fulfilled. Thereafter, his son, Samuel, made him a vow to fulfill his wish by teaching other Over-50's how to play the keyboard. The community project was named "Strike-A-Chord" and i60 Community Interest Company was born.
